Paceline is an app that allows its users to earn points and rewards for the amount of time they spend working out per week. When a user attaches their debit/credit card, or receive a Paceline Card, they can receive direct point and gain access to even more rewards.

The Work:
Managed the app’s migration from hubspot to Braze. Upon migration, outlined new global styling settings, custom events that were matched to key conversion metrics, and user attributes to capture at sign-up to produce personalized onboarding, winback, and referral multi-touch journeys via Push/Email/In-app channels.

Outlined, coded, and executed the inaugural multi-channel new user onboarding journey within Braze that ushered in over 200k new users, lifting the post 90 day Monthly Active User Rate over 120%

Created dynamic email templates using HTML/CSS and Liquid to customize content based on rewards points, active subscription, and app activity.

Braze Management

Maintained their Braze platform. Set up workflows and configured triggers and events for action based campaigns.
