We played a key role in developing and launching email and in-app promotional campaigns for their healthcare platform. This involved:

  • Translating Designs into Code: Taking Figma design files provided by the internal design team and converting them into clean, responsive HTML email templates. These templates adhered to email best practices and were optimized for different devices and email clients.
  • Building Automated Campaigns: Using Braze, we built automated campaign canvases to orchestrate the delivery of these promotional emails and in-app messages. This included setting up triggers, defining user segments, A/B testing messaging variations, and personalizing content based on user behavior and preferences.
  • Healthcare Focus: The campaigns we worked on were specifically designed to promote healthcare services and encourage user engagement with the Galileo Health platform. This often involved crafting compelling messaging around sensitive health topics, requiring careful consideration of tone and ethical guidelines.

This work contributed to Galileo Health’s efforts to improve user engagement, promote their healthcare services, and ultimately drive positive health outcomes for their users.


Headspace

Headspace

Onboarded over 2 million new members from Blue Cross Blue Shield CA onto the Headspace app. Our key contributions included:

Onboarding Strategy: Designing and owning the inaugural customer onboarding journey.

Content Curation: Collaborating with cross-functional internal teams to develop and curate relevant in-app streaming content.

Data Segmentation: Defining key data landmarks to enable personalized engagement campaigns.

Campaign Execution: Developing and coding email, push, and in-app messaging for the “Sleep, Stress, and Resilience” program in collaboration with Solera. This involved developing creative assets, writing copy, and coding templates using Liquid.

This initiative resulted in increased user retention and engagement with sleep and stress-related content.


Paceline

Paceline

Paceline is an app that allows its users to earn points and rewards for the amount of time they spend working out per week. When a user attaches their debit/credit card, or receive a Paceline Card, they can receive direct point and gain access to even more rewards.

The Work:
Managed the app’s migration from hubspot to Braze. Upon migration, outlined new global styling settings, custom events that were matched to key conversion metrics, and user attributes to capture at sign-up to produce personalized onboarding, winback, and referral multi-touch journeys via Push/Email/In-app channels.

Outlined, coded, and executed the inaugural multi-channel new user onboarding journey within Braze that ushered in over 200k new users, lifting the post 90 day Monthly Active User Rate over 120%

Email Production

Created dynamic email templates using HTML/CSS and Liquid to customize content based on rewards points, active subscription, and app activity.

Braze Management

Maintained their Braze platform. Set up workflows and configured triggers and events for action based campaigns.


Bombfell

Bombfell was a personal styling subscription for guys. Members fill out a quick survey about their size and preferences, then get up to five items, like jeans, shirts, tees, pants, and even accessories, on a regular basis (monthly, bi-monthly, or quarterly).
