Onboarded over 2 million new members from Blue Cross Blue Shield CA onto the Headspace app. Our key contributions included:

Onboarding Strategy: Designing and owning the inaugural customer onboarding journey.

Content Curation: Collaborating with cross-functional internal teams to develop and curate relevant in-app streaming content.

Data Segmentation: Defining key data landmarks to enable personalized engagement campaigns.

Campaign Execution: Developing and coding email, push, and in-app messaging for the “Sleep, Stress, and Resilience” program in collaboration with Solera. This involved developing creative assets, writing copy, and coding templates using Liquid.

This initiative resulted in increased user retention and engagement with sleep and stress-related content.
